  • The client’s agreement is with our Company, W.B.T., and not with individual managers. We in turn have a similar but slightly different agreement with our managers, which offers protection and stability for all parties.
  • We fit the managers background and experience to the type and style of property to be managed, from country B & B’s to complex city properties with multiple room configurations, restaurants and conference facilities. We provide continual control and supervision of all our managers, as well as marketing advice and systems support.
  • Owners meet with W.B.T. Managers on site (or elsewhere if more convenient), each 4 – 6 weeks to discuss progress and performance against objectives and to raise any issues or suggestions that may assist in more quickly increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Should managers be unable to continue for valid reasons, or not be considered satisfactory, given reasonable grounds, W.B.T. undertakes to replace them at no cost to the owner. This action will occur whether initiated by W.B.T. of its own volition or the owners.
  • Our agreement includes a clause, if required, confirming that should the property be sold, the contract is terminated as from the date of settlement.
  • Our whole aim is to build businesses for clients, not just care-take the property.
